These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the site silkandmore.eu and the purchase of products sold through the site.
Before placing an order, please read these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Refund and Return Policy carefully.

The Seller sells fabrics, textiles, accessories and limited edition creations through an e-commerce platform based on WooCommerce.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
- Website means the website silkandmore.eu;
- Seller means Silk and More by Alberto Veralli;
- Customer means any person who purchases products through the Site;
- Consumer means the natural person who purchases for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out;
- Professional Client means the person who purchases as part of his/her entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity, also by indicating a VAT number or company data;
- Products means the goods offered for sale on the Site.
3. Scope
The products are sold to:
- consumers (B2C)
- professionals (B2B)
The Customer is required to read these Terms carefully before placing an order.
The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The Applicable Terms will be those in effect on the date of the order, you should review the terms and conditions before making any purchase.
4. Use of the Site
The user undertakes to use the Site lawfully and correctly, avoiding any fraudulent, illicit, abusive use or detrimental to the rights of the Seller or third parties.
The user undertakes not to place orders that are false, fraudulent or with incomplete or untrue data. In the event of a suspicious, incomplete, unpaid or invalid order, the Seller may suspend or cancel the order and, if necessary, inform the competent authorities.
To make a purchase, the Customer must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
5. Products and Features
The Site offers for sale fabrics, textile products, limited edition creations and other items related to the world of textiles and tailoring.
The main characteristics of the Products are indicated in the respective product sheets. For fabrics sold by the meter, the quantity that can be purchased, the unit of measurement, any minimum quantities and technical characteristics are indicated in the product sheet and/or in the cart.
The images of the Products are for representative purposes. Colors, textures, and visual rendering may vary depending on monitor, browser, device, screen calibration, light, and fabric-specific characteristics. In case of doubts about color, hand, weight, composition or intended use, the Customer is invited to contact the Seller before purchasing.
For fabrics cut to the length requested by the Customer, the cut can be specially prepared on the quantity ordered by the Customer. This may affect your right of withdrawal, as set out in the Refund and Return Policy.
6. Orders and Conclusion of the Contract
The information contained in these terms and conditions and the details contained in the catalogue and more generally on this website do not constitute an offer to the public, but merely an invitation to make a contractual proposal.
No contract will exist between Silk and More and the customer in relation to any products until the customer’s order is expressly accepted by the Seller. The express acceptance of the order by Silk and More will occur with the sending of an e-mail confirming that the order is being shipped then with the SHIPPING CONFIRMATION.
The Customer can purchase as a guest or, if available, through a registered account.
During the purchase process, the Customer can check and correct the data entered before sending the order. The Client is responsible for the correctness of the data provided, including shipping address, tax information, email and telephone.
After sending the order, the Customer receives an automatic communication summarizing or confirming receipt of the order. This communication certifies receipt of the order, but does not necessarily imply the final acceptance of the same, which occurs with the sending of the shipping confirmation.
7. Pricing
All prices indicated on the Site are expressed in Euros per linear meter (€/m). Payment must be made in that currency.
The Seller operates under a flat-rate tax regime pursuant to current legislation and does not apply VAT pursuant to art. 1, paragraphs 54-89, Law no. 190/2014. Therefore, the prices indicated must be considered not subject to VAT.
Shipping costs are indicated separately during the purchase process.
In any case, the Vendor receives the full amount of the order upon confirmation of payment.
The total price of the order including shipping costs is shown before the order is confirmed.
Any taxes, duties or local fees applicable in the country of destination (in particular for shipments outside Italy) are the responsibility of the Customer.
The Vendor reserves the right to change prices, promotions, availability and characteristics of the Products at any time. Any changes do not apply to orders already confirmed by sending the shipping confirmation email, except for manifest errors or supervening impossibility to execute the order.
In the event of an obvious error in the price or product information, the Vendor may cancel the order, informing the Customer and refunding any amounts already paid.
8. Product availability
The availability of the Products indicated on the Site is purely indicative and may vary.
Silk and More does not always guarantee the actual availability of products at the time of processing the order, even due to simultaneous purchases by multiple customers or due to technical updates.
If a Product ordered is not available, the Vendor will promptly inform the Customer. In this regard, no responsibility can be attributed to Silk and more for the failure to conclude the contract.
In this case, Silk and More will inform the customer if there is the possibility of restocking the ordered product, or alternatively, if the customer is no longer interested in the purchase, it will propose the following alternatives at the customer’s choice: replacement with an equivalent or similar product; a voucher or credit for future purchases; a refund of the amount already paid for the unavailable product.
9. Payments
The Site accepts the following payment methods: credit/debit card or other electronic methods managed via Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer.
Silk and More does not accept payment methods other than those mentioned. Please do not try to pay by any method other than the one specified, in which case Silk and More is not responsible for loss of payment and other damages that may result from this action.
The Vendor may change the available payment methods at any time.
Payment for the order must be made in full at the time of confirmation of the order.
In case of payment by bank transfer, the order can be processed after receipt of the credit, unless otherwise indicated. The Customer is invited to indicate the order number in the reason for payment.
If the Customer chooses PayPal as a payment method, he may have access, if available and subject to the requirements established by PayPal, to installment payment solutions (e.g. “Pay in 3 installments”).
These instalment payment methods are offered exclusively by PayPal and governed by the relevant contractual terms and conditions between the Customer and PayPal. The Seller is not a party to this relationship and assumes no responsibility in this regard.
In case of payment via PayPal or Stripe, the Customer may be redirected or interact with systems managed by the respective suppliers. Full card details are not retained by the Seller. If the payment is not authorised, is incomplete or is cancelled, the Seller may suspend or cancel the order.
10. Invoicing and tax information
The Customer is responsible for the correctness of the tax data provided during the order phase, including VAT number, Tax Code, company name, PEC and SDI code, where required.
The invoice request must be made during the order process, providing complete and correct data. After the tax document is issued, any changes may not be possible or may be subject to the limits provided by tax law.
11. Shipping and delivery
The Products are shipped to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are indicated prior to order confirmation.
Any duties, import taxes, customs costs or local costs required in the country of destination, if applicable, are the responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise stated.
The delivery times indicated are estimates and may vary for logistical reasons, availability of products, destination, courier, force majeure events or other circumstances not directly controllable by the Seller.
The Customer is required to check the integrity of the package at the time of delivery and, where possible, to immediately report any damage, tampering or visible anomalies to the courier.
12. Risk Passing
For purchases made by Consumers, the risk of loss, loss or damage to the Products is transferred to the Customer when the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
If the Client autonomously chooses a carrier not proposed by the Seller, the risk is transferred to the Client at the time of delivery of the goods to the chosen carrier.
For professional customers other than the final consumer, the risk is transferred to the customer at the time of delivery of the goods to the carrier in charge of the shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
13. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds
The right of withdrawal, returns, refunds, applicable exclusions and operating methods are governed by the Refund and Return Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
For Consumers, the right of withdrawal applies within the limits and in the manner provided for by applicable legislation. The right of withdrawal may be excluded for goods that are tailor-made or clearly personalized, including, where applicable, fabrics specially cut to the length requested by the Customer.
The exclusion of the right of withdrawal does not limit the Customer’s rights in the event of a defective, non-compliant or incorrect product.
14. Legal warranty and non-compliant products
For Consumers, the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by current legislation applies.
In the event of an incorrect, defective or non-compliant product, the Client is invited to contact the Vendor at the info@silkandmore.eu address, attaching contact details, order number, date of order and delivery, description of the problem and, if useful, photographs of the product and packaging.
Damage resulting from improper use, washing or treatment not in accordance with the instructions provided, normal wear and tear, alterations, subsequent processing or interventions carried out by the Customer or third parties are excluded.
15. Professional Clients
For Professional Clients, the right of withdrawal provided for Consumers does not apply.
Any returns, exchanges or complaints by Professional Clients will be handled as agreed with the Seller and within the limits provided for by applicable law and these Terms.
The Professional Customer is invited to check the goods immediately upon delivery and to promptly report any visible defects to the carrier and the seller, attaching photographic documentation and order references.
16. Personal Account
If the Site allows you to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to promptly notify you of any unauthorized access or suspected misuse of your account.
17. Newsletters and communications
Subscription to the newsletter is optional and requires the user’s consent, except in the cases of service communications or communications permitted by applicable legislation to existing customers.
You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the communications you receive or by writing to info@silkandmore.eu.
18. Intellectual Property
All the contents of the Site, including texts, images, photographs, graphics, trademarks, logos, layouts, product sheets and editorial materials, are the property of the Seller or their respective owners and are protected by applicable law.
It is forbidden to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use the contents of the Site for commercial purposes without the written permission of the Seller.
19. Limitations of liability
The Seller undertakes to keep the Site up to date and functioning, but does not guarantee that the Site will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted.
To the extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profit, technical interruptions or problems resulting from third-party services, internet network, user devices or acts of God.
This is without prejudice to any mandatory liability provided for by applicable legislation, in particular to protect Consumers.
20. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy published on the Site.
The use of cookies and tracking technologies is governed by the dedicated Cookie Policy page, available on the Site.
21. Changes to Terms
Seller may modify these Terms at any time. The changes apply from the date of publication on the Site and do not affect orders already completed, unless otherwise provided for by law or agreement with the Customer.
22. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
For disputes with Consumers residing in the European Union, the court of the Consumer’s place of residence or domicile shall have jurisdiction, in the cases provided for by applicable legislation.
For disputes with Professional Clients, the Court of Milan has exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise mandatory by law.
23. Alternative dispute resolution
The Consumer may use the alternative dispute resolution tools provided for by applicable law.
